Masdiqk-Zone79 - Instant noodle is one of the practical foods which often be eaten. All people like to eat this kind of food very much as children and old people. Consuming instant noodles has already become a habit for some people. They consider it as the main choice of food in their breakfast, lunch or dinner. However, it also causes controversy to occur in some lining of society. They think noodle has a good and bad effect.
On the one hand, they claim that noodle is a dangerous food because it contains inorganic substance which will endanger a body. For example, it contains a wax layer in the noodle itself. The layer is difficult to be digested and it needs at least two days to be digested until be able to be secreted by human body. In addition, consuming noodle in long time can make cancer to occur because of a heap of wax in digestion canal. Other substances like synthetic segmentation and MSG are also very dangerous for body. Asthma is one of the impacts of disease which is influenced by those substances.
On the other hand, they also think that noodle has a good effect in their life. They show noodle has already passed through fortification process. That is the process to increase micro nutrient in the product. There are micro nutrient like iron essence, folat acid, vitamin and calcium. Of course those substances are very benefit to body. In addition, there is a noodle which is able to reduce a weight because it contains pectin fibrous. According to research, pectin fibrous can reduce absorbtion in digestion canal so that it can reduce blood cholesterol level, increase intestines’ peristaltic etc.
As the result of this controversy, consuming instant noodle is not fully dangerous even benefits if it is consumed at sufficiently. We should be smart to choose the food that is benefits for us. We should also be careful about that. In essentials, our health is on our hand itself.
